Wills & Associates has been supporting Emergent’s public relations efforts since 2008 when we purchased a major manufacturing facility in Baltimore from one of his clients. The transaction received positive and widespread media coverage in the region, and soon thereafter I hired Brad and his team to be a part of our ongoing communications efforts.
